How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are prepared by hand.
Shipping time depends on the order, it usually takes 1-3 business days to process the order, another 2-4 business days for delivery by the courier.

The leather should be maintained with special wax periodically.You can confidently follow your recommendations indicated in Product Care.

How can I return or exchange the bag?
RETURN: Please contact us within: 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
